Our Green House

We grow our own wheatgrass and a variety of sprouts for the juices and live vegetarian cuisine that we serve to our guests at Hippocrates. We inspect and test all of our seeds and we stand behind their quality. It's no wonder why our wheatgrass juice has been ranked best tasting in the US. The hard winter wheat seed we sell is the same seed that we use in our greenhouse, and is always tested for quality and taste. Most wheatgrass that is sold in stores is not tested for wheatgrass growing. If you ever encounter a problem with seeds from us, please contact us with your concern.

(All soil grown seeds, including sunflower greens, pea greens and buckwheat lettuce.) and the Sprouting the Easy Way DVD. (All hydroponic growing: includes mung, lentils, fenugreek, quiona, millet, alfalfa, clover, broccoli, adzuki, radish.)
